Cleaning Tips
   The most important tip we can offer is that you always use the proper equipment and products for any task.
Cleaning can be relatively painless when done properly.  Another helpful hint is to schedule your cleaning projects in a
manner that does not inundate you for an extended period of time.  If you carefully schedule each cleaning project;
you will eventually develop a maintenance schedule that will meet your particular needs.  We have spent an extended
period of time testing various equipment and products; obviously each of us has a personal preference when it comes
to brand names.  However; our approach toward testing each piece of equipment and product was performed without
bias.

VACUUMING
  1. For Vacuuming we use Oreck Commercial Vacuums; However; we do not use just one make of vacuum.  We
    use different machines for various applications;
  • Rugs & Carpeted Floors; we use Oreck XL Professional Commercial Upright Vacuums with hypoallergenic
    disposable bags; Oreck XL Commercial Uprights with hypoallergenic disposable bags and Oreck XL Commercial
    Backpack Vacuums with hypoallergenic disposable bags.
  • Tile, Wood, Granite and Other Hard Surface Floors; we us Oreck Ironman Cannister with hypoallergenic
    disposable bags, Oreck XL Commercial Backpack Vacuums with hypoallergenic disposable bag and Oreck
    Cannister Vacuum with hypoallergenic disposable bags & Hepa Filter.
WINDOWS
  1. We use (2)-two different solutions for glass surfaces, windows and mirrors; Oreck Glass Cleaner and Unger
    Easy Glide Glass Cleaner.  We also use a couple of different methods; Bounty Paper Towels and Micro Fiber
    Cloths; or Unger Squeegee & Unger T-Bar with Cotton Applicator.
NOTE:  Always remember use products per the manufacturers directions/instructions.  Always use safe and certified
equipment for climbing or reaching.
