| Please keep in mind that you can use various side dishes with these recipes such as bacon, sausage, ham slices, grits, home fries, oatmeal, cream of wheat, toast, bagel, biscuits, etc.... you get the idea. Although I personally recommend limiting these extras for the obvious reasons I have included some of the aforementioned recipes. |
| French Toast: |
| Ingredients 6-8 Slices of White Bread or Raisin Bread 2 - X Large Egg 1/4 Cup of Milk or Light Cream 2 - Tablespoons of Sugar 1 - Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 1 - Teaspoon of Butter or Margarine 1 - Teaspoon of Cinnamon 1 - Teaspoon of Confectionery Sugar |

| Cheese Omelet: |
| Ingredients 2 - X Large Egg 2 - Tablespoons of Cup of Milk or Water 2 - Slices of American Cheese 1 - Teaspoon of Butter or Margarine |

| Start by heating a skillet with margarine, beat eggs, add sugar and mix well, add milk or cream and vanilla extract mix well, add a portion of the cinnamon and swirl into mixture. Dip 1 slice of bread at a time into the mixture after you have coated each side of bread carefully arrange them in the skillet.. You may have to sprinkle a little cinnamon on each slice as you prefer, turn bread after about 1 minute of cooking, cook to your personal preference. When the french toast is cooked remove it from the pan and plate them, at this point I sprinkle powdered sugar on the slices and garnish with strawberries, blueberries, peach slices, orange slices or apple slices, you may also like to try some fresh lemon juice on the french toast. Serve with Maple syrup, a fresh cup of coffee and a glass of your favorite juice |
| Start by heating a skillet with margarine (I typically start my pan on nigh until I have added the egg then I reduce the heat to medium), beat eggs, stir in milk or water and mix well, pour the mixture in the hot pan be sure you roll your pan in order to distribute the egg mixture properly, when the egg mixture has stiffened this is the best time to add your cheese or other additives, fold the left and right sides to the center of the omelet, I also fold in the ends slightly to prevent the additives from leaking out, you may flip your omelet at this point or continue to cook it for a few more minutes, remove from the pan and plate, garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley; serve with your choices of toast-white/wheat/rye/pumpernickel, english muffins, bacon, home fries, a fresh cup of coffee, a glass of fresh juice and a fresh fruit if available?
