  • How Much Will It Cost To Clean My House?

    There is no standard price for a house cleaning, each house is priced differently based on an in home estimate.  Each Mayflower Maids, Inc. representative will work with you to make sure your home is cleaned the way you want, at a very affordable price.

  • What Are Your Cleaning Rates?

    We do not have cleaning rates, each home is priced based on frequency of cleanings, square footage, cleanliness,  pet hair, etc.. 

  • Do You Bring Your Own Cleaning Supplies & Equipment?

    Each team comes fully supplied and equiped.  If there is a supply or equipment you prefer us to use, let us know and if it is safe, our team will use it.  We do not use any products that contain bleach in efforts to maintain a healthy and happy enviornment for all.

  • How Many Cleaners Will Be In My House During Each Cleaning?

    Each team is made up of two cleaners, a team leader and a cleaning member.  On rare occassion is there more than two; if it is a move out/move in, special one time cleaning or if we are training a new team member.

  • Are Your Cleaners Trained?

    Our team members are required to watch a safety and cleaning video before they commence cleaning any properties, they are also required to train with a team lead for a period of no less than two weeks; this is to assure that our teams are comprised of personnel that are experienced, responsible and safe cleaners that exceed our customers expectations.

  • Will It Always Be The Same Team Cleaning My House?


    We make our best efforts to make sure that your house is cleaned by the same team each time.  However, in rare occassion you will see a new face if one of the team members is sick, has the day off, is on vacation or no longer works for Mayflower Maids, Inc..

  • Will I Always Have The Same Day and Time Every Cleaning?

    When a Mayflower Maids, Inc. representative goes to your home for your FREE estimate, you are able to request a day and time that works best for you; we make our best efforts to give you the day and time you requested in accordance with our schedule.  Once you are on our schedule, that day and time will always be your scheduled day and time, unless you need to change it.

  • How Will You Access My House If Nobody Is Home?

    We ask that you provide a copy of your entrance key to your Mayflower Maids, Inc. customer service representative at least 48 hours prior to your cleaning, if you are unable to be present during your cleaning session.  All keys are stored in a safe and locked place.  If you prefer, we do have lock boxes available for you to purchase or rent from your Mayflower Maids, Inc. customer service representative; we ask you provide the code to the lock box at least 48 hours prior to your cleaning.  If your premises are alarmed it is the preference of Mayflower Maids, Inc. that your security system be disarmed for the day of your cleaning.  If it is necessary to arm your security system, you must provide Mayflower Maids, Inc. with your security code and written instructions for disarming and alarming of your security system at least 48 hours prior to your cleaning session.  Please note if your property is alarmed and your Mayflower Maids, Inc. team triggers your alarm, we are not responsible for any cost associated with the triggering of your security system.  Mayflower Maids, Inc. is not responsible for locksmith fees, unless the event of loss key due to mishandling by a Mayflower Maids, Inc. employee.

  • Are You Insured & Bonded?

    Mayflower Maids, Inc. is fully insured and bonded for our customers protection.  We commit to maintain these policies in good standing.  If you require a certificate of insurance for your records, please contact your Mayflower Maids, Inc. customer service representative.




  • Our Clean Guarantee

    At Mayflower Maids, Inc., it is important to us that our customers are always satisfied wih our services.  If after the team leaves  you notice any areas that were missed, or not cleaned to your satisfaction, please contact your Mayflower Maids, Inc. customer service representative within 24 hours and we will return to clean those areas only, at no additional cost.  If you notice any areas that are not to your satisfaction while the team is at your premises, please bring it to their attention and they will gladly re-clean that area in question.
